We’re all busy, and life moves fast. Wellness often feels like another overwhelming task on an already packed to-do list. But what if we stopped treating health as an all-or-nothing struggle and instead managed it like a project?

Instead of chasing perfection, we start with an MVP—our Minimum Viable Progress—the simplest steps that move the needle. Then, we iterate, improve, and adapt based on what works for our unique lives. No more rigid wellness plans that don’t fit into real schedules.

 

Traditional health coaching doesn’t work for everyone because it often assumes a one-size-fits-all approach. But life isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we built Flavor to Heal—to give you a flexible, Agile wellness approach that actually works!

With a career in project management and Agile principles, I know that success isn’t about doing everything at once—it’s about breaking things down into manageable steps. I’m a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and PMP (Project Management Professional), and I believe you should run your life like a project—with clear goals, accountability, and a strategy to prevent burnout.

👨 Devin Kiehborth – The Holistic Wellness Expert

 

As a Certified IIN Health Coach, I focus on holistic nutrition, mindfulness, and sustainable wellness. I believe true well-being comes from nourishing both the body and the mind—through clean eating, meditation, and intention setting. The way we fuel our bodies and shape our thoughts directly impacts our energy, mood, and overall resilience. My goal is to help people build simple, powerful habits that create lasting transformation—without restrictive diets or rigid wellness rules.

Why We Built Flavor to Heal

We live busy lives with a 3-year-old, a 4-year-old, and another baby on the way. We understand firsthand how difficult it can be to prioritize yourself when life is pulling you in every direction.

 

Both of us have had our own struggles with health and wellness, trying different approaches that never seemed to stick long-term. Then, we had a real conversation about our strengths—Jerica’s ability to manage complex projects and Devin’s deep knowledge of holistic wellness. We then started to use an agile approach to break down our goals and manage our wellness as a project—and you know what? It worked. We saw transformation before our eyes. 

 

That’s when Flavor to Heal was born.
